Current Situation: Willie Manning should have the threat of execution lifted immediately because of the many unresolved issues that surround his cases.

Willie Manning is on Death Row in Mississippi, appealing against convictions for two double murders. In one case he is pursuing serious post-conviction issues. The primary claims are:

the State failed to disclose evidence favorable to Willie.
the State presented false evidence.
In the other case (see below) he also wishes to raise serious issues, but for procedural reasons he is not allowed to present his arguments. A missed deadline may result in his execution on or before April 24th 2013.
